How can someone confirm whether an IHRM™ membership card is genuine?
A membership card can be checked through this verification page, the contact page, official email at ihrmpunjab@gmail.com, phone at +92-321-4277856, or WhatsApp. Provide the card holder’s name, card number if available, claimed role, region, and supporting image.
How can fake notifications or fake appointments be reported?
Fake notifications, appointment letters, office orders, social media claims, or payment requests should be reported with screenshots, phone numbers, links, dates, names, and document details. Reports should be sent through official channels before the public relies on the claim.
Does a verified member automatically represent IHRM™?
No. Even if membership is genuine, it does not automatically authorize representation, fundraising, public statements, official documents, social media pages, or use of the IHRM™ name and logo. Written authorization is required for official public roles.
What information should be included in a verification request?
A useful verification request should include the person’s full name, claimed designation, region or chapter, card number if available, notification date, phone number, screenshots, document images, page links, and the reason verification is needed.
